📢 Changes to Our Opening Times and Phone Lines From Monday 1st December 2025
We want to let you know about some updates to our practice opening hours and telephone lines.
🕗 Practice Opening Hours
The practice is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm.
📞 Phone Line Times
- Appointments: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Prescriptions: 10:30am – 11:30am & 3:30pm – 4:30pm
- Enquiries: 10:00am – 12:00pm & 3:00pm – 5:00pm
💻 eConsult
You can contact us online through eConsult for:
- Clinical queries: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Admin queries: 8:00am – 6:00pm

⏰ A Note About Morning Calls
We have fewer staff answering phones first thing in the morning, so you may experience a longer wait at that time. Thank you for your patience.
📋 Calling for Prescriptions or General Enquiries
If you call outside of the times listed above, you’ll be asked to call back later. This helps keep our lines free for patients booking appointments.

- Order repeat medication

- View recent consultations
